Thanigai Estates And Constructions Founder and Chairman had a very successful Managing Career In Real Estate And Housing Development Since 1989. Mr. S Killivalavan was born into an agricultural family and has risen through the ranks of life through dedication, hard work, and full commitment. He started into real estate in the late 1980s and founded Thanigai in the early 1990s. He is a well-respected entrepreneur in society because of his selflessness and social reform activities for the poor and needy.
